Our hearing loss treatment protocol includes sophisticated diagnostic testing, hearing and cognitive assessments and, as a first step towards receiving treatment, our clientele can complete their own hearing test online.
We start with a detailed history of every patient, involving their communication partners where at all possible, before working on a personalised care plan. Our London clinic has built a reputation for our highly individualised, humanistic approach to wellbeing, using modalities such as brain training, yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Life stress and context play a crucial role in good physical, cognitive and emotional wellbeing. We consider all these factors before we offer a treatment plan.
General ear hygiene and ear wax removal are also important services that we provide. Without a healthy and clear ear canal, there is no way that your actual hearing quality can be tested, identified, and ultimately treated. Once your baseline hearing quality has been identified, it can be vastly improved with hearing technology. We are completely and fiercely independent and have all of the very latest hearing technology available for our patients. We can help identify the most appropriate products for every individual's needs and circumstances.

Our CALM Programme has been developed over the years as a complementary approach to our audiological care. This is a clinical mindfulness and cognitive wellbeing programme developed by The Well Being BY CUBEX. Our intention: to provide our patients with the skills and knowledge to be fully in control of their own wellbeing as part of an audiological treatment journey. Cognition and hearing health are closely linked, and a care plan that includes meditation and mindfulness can be central to managing and improving all aspects of health and wellbeing, making it possible to manage communication with comfort, grace and ease.
We also provide corporate wellness packages to many companies and their employees. -
In our online shop you will find products that complement our hearing healthcare. From a practical point of view, our online shop provides easy access to complementary items such as batteries and cleaning products.
We have developed our own range of medical grade nootropics, in addition to a collection of proprietary tea blends by Camellia’s Tea House. We also offer a selection of aromatic candles - the familiar fragrances that we use in the clinic itself.Our products and services have been developed over many decades, and we are constantly evolving our offering, adding new, innovative products to support hearing healthcare. Our audiology products and services also include the diagnosis and treatment of tinnitus. Despite thinking to the contrary, tinnitus can be treated. Symptoms can be greatly reduced or even stopped altogether, with the correct care.
