Personalised Hearing Aids & Advanced Hearing Technology
We provide expert support and guidance on advanced hearing aids as part of a personalised hearing care journey. Each solution is carefully recommended following detailed assessment and then precisely fitted and calibrated to suit your hearing profile, lifestyle and long-term listening needs.
We work with leading international brands like Phonak, Widex, and Oticon - amongst others.
Hearing Aids, Guided by Expertise.
Hearing aids have come a long way. Today's devices are sleek, discreet, and engineered for natural, effortless listening — and finding the right one starts with understanding your hearing.
At The Well Being by Cubex, every hearing aid recommendation begins with a thorough assessment. Because no two ears are alike — even your left and right differ — the device we recommend, and the way we fit it, is shaped entirely around you.
The Right Hearing Aid for You
There is no universal solution when it comes to hearing aids. The right device depends on your degree of hearing loss, your ear anatomy, your lifestyle, and your personal preferences. Our audiologists take the time to understand all of these before making any recommendation.
We work with the world's leading hearing aid manufacturers — including Phonak, Widex, Oticon, ReSound, Signia, and Starkey — which means our patients have access to the full spectrum of available technology. Our guidance is always led by clinical evidence and long-term hearing outcomes.
Discreet & Invisible Hearing Aids
For many of our patients, discretion is a priority. Where clinically appropriate, we fit invisible-in-canal (IIC) and completely-in-canal (CIC) hearing aids — among the smallest devices available, custom-moulded to sit comfortably and unobtrusively within the ear canal.
During your consultation, your audiologist will assess whether these options are suitable for your level of hearing loss and ear anatomy, and will walk you through everything you need to know.
Smart & Connected Hearing Aids
Modern hearing aids do far more than amplify sound. Today's devices enhance focus, speech clarity, and spatial awareness — and many connect seamlessly to your phone, TV, and computer, giving you effortless control over your listening experience wherever you are.
Left and right devices communicate with each other in real time, working in sync for a more natural, immersive result. Our audiologists will help you understand which features are genuinely relevant to your lifestyle — and which you can do without.
The Hearing Lab — Aftercare, Servicing & Repair
Contemporary hearing technology design is extremely reliable. However, like any device, it requires maintenance and care, from time to time.
Getting the right hearing aid is only the beginning. Long-term hearing success depends on ongoing care, and that's something we take seriously.
Our in-house service and repair centre, The Hearing Lab, provides expert checks, maintenance, and repairs by appointment. If we can't resolve an issue on-site, we'll send your device securely to the manufacturer, track its progress, and ensure it's returned to you in perfect working order.
Ongoing care is essential to hearing success, which is why we place strong emphasis on hearing aid maintenance and routine aftercare. In addition to professional servicing, we also give advice on ear wax removal for hearing aids, as wax build-up can affect sound quality and device function.
Hearing Aid Insurance
Hearing aids are a meaningful investment, and we're often asked about insurance.
The manufacturer's warranty will cover failure due to issues with materials of construction or workmanship, but not loss or damage. We are not an insurance provider, but we have experience in our sector and can point you in the right direction, as far as the most appropriate insurance providers are concerned.
As part of our commitment to patient-centric hearing aid solutions, we view insurance and warranty guidance as an important element of ongoing clinical care.
