Elegance, calm & care - beautifully tuned.
The interiors of The Well Being BY CUBEX were brought to life by British artist and designer Mark Lawson Bell, whose vision transforms our Marylebone clinic into a sensorially immersive space. His work combines art, metaphor, and design in an environment where audiology feels effortless, and personal care is front and centre.
The Design Story
Drawing on research into metaphor and hearing, Mark Lawson Bell interpreted how people experience sound through imagery rather than words. Motifs like ears, birds, locusts, keys, and ladders translate these metaphors into tactile installations throughout the clinic. The result is a living gallery - a space where the science and emotion of hearing are mirrored in form and detail.
Our salon and sitting room, in particular, embody Mark’s philosophy: intimate spaces designed for both functionality and reflection, inviting visitors to experience hearing care in a new light.
A Living Gallery
More than simply a venue, The Well Being BY CUBEX is a curated gallery of design and art. Mark Lawson Bell’s art is liberally on display in our interiors, extending the design narrative and offering a window into his wider practice.
These artworks go beyond ‘decoration’ - they deepen the cultural and emotional story of our clinic.
